3. Pickup and Delivery

We will pick up and deliver your vehicle at the locations specified in the booking. We will make every effort to deliver your vehicle on time, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

4. Vehicle Condition

You must ensure that your vehicle is in good condition before we transport it. We will inspect your vehicle before and after transport, and we will document any pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transport if it was not documented before transport.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your booking 24hrs  before we pick up your vehicle. If you cancel your booking, we will refund your remaining amount, minus booking fee and any expenses we have incurred.
